Every piece is made in a small studio in Gulshan. If you'd like to see the work in person, try a piece on, or discuss a custom order, we're happy to host you by appointment.

Before You Write

How long until my order ships?

Every piece is made by hand to order — usually 2–4 working days before dispatch. Express orders placed before 2 pm can ship the same day if the piece is already finished.

Can I customise a piece?

Yes — most designs can be made in a different finish, length or size. Send us a note with what you have in mind and we'll reply with options.

Do you ship outside Bangladesh?

We ship across South Asia and to selected countries in the Gulf, UK and US. Delivery times and costs vary — just ask before ordering and we'll confirm.

Something arrived damaged — what now?

Please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll repair or replace the piece at no cost. See Returns & Exchange for full details.
